How can I observe or try out?
=>Let us know time and date you wish to visit from here. We are asking your advance notice since time and location may vary. Please feel free to contact us at any time.

体験の時は何が必要ですか？
ジャージなどの動きやすい服装をご用意ください。レッスンは裸足で行いますので、室内履きは必要ありません。体験の場合でも、一部、実際の練習同様にメンバーと一緒に動いていただきます。運動量が多くなりますので、汗ふきタオル、スポーツドリンクなどもご持参いただくと安心です。体験レッスンの費用は1,000円です。
What do I need to prepare for try out?
=>Bring work out clothing. We do lessons with barefoot, so sport shoes are not needed. Some part of try out lesson will be same menu as regular class. You may sweat a lot, so towel and some drink are nice to have. Try out fee is JPY 1,000.

カポエイラでは動きと一緒に楽器や歌も練習するのですか？
はい。楽器や歌はカポエイラの重要な要素ですから、楽器・歌の練習も行います。（楽器には、ビリンバウ、パンデイロ、アタバキなどがあります。）楽器を弾きながら、みんなで一緒にポルトガル語で歌うのも、楽しいですよ。音楽的な要素でカポエイラに魅力を感じる方も多いです。ぜひ一度体験してみることをオススメします。
Do I need to sing and play instrument along with capoeira move?
=>Yes. We sing songs and play instruments as well. Musical instruments we play with capoeira includes belimbaw(stringed instrument), pandeiro(tamnourine), and atabaki(drum). You will find fun in good vibes of them, singing capoeira songs in Portuguese. There are many people started capoeira from being attracted by music aspect of it so, we highly recommend you to experience, what capoeira music is all about.

リズム感がなく、身体も硬いんです。
リズム感は練習で自然と身についてきます。身体も、ストレッチと練習で少しづつ柔らかくなりますのでご安心ください。
I have very bad sense of rhythm and my body is not flexible at all.
=>Don’t worry. It is normal not having good sense of rhythm and/or flexible body at beginning. You sense of rhythm will naturally be better as you practice along. Also, we do stretching during lessons. You can learn how to have flexible body as well.

レッスンに毎回参加できないかも･･･
お仕事などの都合で、参加が難しい時もあると思います。受講料も月謝ではなく、1回毎のお支払いですので、ご自身のペースでご参加ください。
I cannot attend lesson every time.
=>We very much understand work, school, or family matter may regulate from attending lessons.
We do not charge monthly fee and it is not required to attend every single class. Lesson fees apply only on days you attend. You can attend lessons at your pace.
